Returns & Exchanges

Before shipping out our products, we examine each item carefully to ensure that it is of the highest quality; however, BintikBintik does offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our products. Customers must contact jenn@bintikbintik.com within 30 days from product receipt to arrange the details of the return. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. 

*Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping

BintikBintik ships worldwide using Canada Post standard shipping, unless Expedited Shipping is selected.

Within Canada
Most orders within Canada will arrive between 1-7 business days.

International Orders
International orders may be subject to additional taxes & duties when crossing the border. Most orders will arrive between 2-10 business days.
